Fashionid provides end-to-end garment services for fashion brands, retailers, and wholesalers sourcing from Bangladesh. We manage every stage of the process from finding the right factory and developing your sample through to bulk production, quality inspection, packing, and international shipping. You work with one team and one point of contact throughout.

Our Six Core Services
Garment Sourcing
We source factories for your specific product from our vetted network across Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Savar, and Chittagong. We know which factories do knit, which do woven, which have denim washing capability, and which handle specialty items like lingerie or uniforms. You do not spend months testing factories we match your product to the right production setup from day one.
What this covers: factory identification, capability assessment, price benchmarking, supplier shortlisting, and introduction.
Sample Development and CAD
Our merchandising team handles all sampling for the product categories we manufacture. We take your design brief, tech pack, or reference sample and develop a production-ready sample. We communicate clearly on every correction round and do not push to bulk until you have signed off on the final sample.
What this covers: CAD pattern making, initial sample, correction samples, size set development, pre-production sample.
Contract Manufacturing
We manage full contract manufacturing for confirmed orders. This means fabric sourcing and dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing under a single managed workflow. A dedicated merchandiser tracks your order at every production stage and sends you updates and photos throughout.
What this covers: fabric sourcing, fabric dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, button and trim attachment, packing.
Lead times: 25 to 40 days for knit products, 35 to 50 days for woven, 40 to 60 days for outerwear and jackets. Lead times start after sample sign-off.
Quality Control
Our in-house QC team monitors every order from raw material receipt through to final packing. They follow your QC protocols exactly. We conduct fabric inspection before cutting, inline inspection during sewing, and pre-shipment inspection before packing begins. We do not outsource QC.
What this covers: fabric inspection, inline inspection, final inspection, measurement checking, AQL sampling, packing check.
Third-party inspection: If your company requires an independent inspection agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek), we coordinate access for their team at the factory.
Packaging and Warehousing
We handle all packing to your specification polybag, hanger, box, set packing, header card, price ticket, and custom branded packaging. We store label and trim inventory in our buying house and manage reorder stock to ensure continuity across shipments.

International Shipping
We book freight and manage all export documentation for every shipment. Sea freight from Chittagong port, air freight from Dhaka airport, and land transport options are all available depending on your delivery timeline and budget.
What this covers: freight booking (sea, air, land), Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, GSP documentation for EU and UK buyers.
Transit times: sea freight to UK 20 to 25 days, to USA East Coast 22 to 28 days, to Australia 18 to 22 days. Air freight 3 to 5 days worldwide.
How an Order Works From First Contact to Delivery
Step 1: You send us your product brief, tech pack, or reference sample with your target quantity and delivery timeline.
Step 2: We review your requirement, identify the right factory from our network, and send you a price quote within 48 hours.
Step 3: We develop a sample for your review. Standard sample development is 10 to 18 working days depending on product complexity.
Step 4: You review the sample and approve or request corrections. Correction rounds typically take 5 to 10 days.
Step 5: You sign off on the pre-production sample. We place the bulk production order with the factory.
Step 6: Production runs under QC monitoring. We send you inline inspection reports and production photos.
Step 7: Pre-shipment inspection is completed. Goods are packed to your specification.
Step 8: Freight is booked. Export documents are prepared. Your goods ship.

FAQ
Q1: Q: Do you work with startup brands?
A: Yes. We specifically support new brands and startups with lower MOQ and dedicated sample development support. T-shirts start from 300 pieces per style. Contact us to discuss your product and quantity.
Q2: Do you handle all export paperwork?
A: Yes. We prepare Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading for every shipment. For EU and UK buyers we also handle GSP documentation.
Q3: Can I visit your office and factory?
A: Yes. We welcome buyer visits at any stage. Our corporate office is in Gulshan-2 and our buying house is in Uttara, Dhaka. Factory visits can be arranged for confirmed orders.
Q4: How quickly can you turn around an urgent order?
A: Standard lead times apply for most orders. For urgent requirements, contact us directly we can sometimes arrange faster production on simple knit items depending on factory availability.
